They hope that the Facebook page will allow them to be more open and interact with their patients on the Internet.
"I am glad that our practice is using Facebook to reach out to patients online. I know that many of our patients use it on a daily basis and it's great that our practice is now a part of this world. I hope that many of our patients will take a few moments to 'like' our page," said Dr. Johns, Springfield cosmetic dentist.
Dr. Johns and his staff are using the Facebook page to post updates on the practice. In addition, any special offers that the practice is currently offering are announced on the Facebook page, as well as special giveaways. Patients that 'like' the page are able to comment on posts with questions or concerns. Someone from the practice generally will respond to comments promptly.
To schedule an appointment for same day crowns in Springfield or another dental service, patients can either call (417) 881-6000 or use the online appointment request form. To do this, patients just have to enter in the date, time and a few sentences detailing the nature of their appointment into the online form. Shortly after this, the practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up with a confirmation through email or text message.
