WALDORF, MD, October 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) BalanceLogic recently completed and launched a newly designed website for Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living (SMCIL), based in Mechanicsville, MD. The new website includes a plethora of information regarding the services that SMCIL offers to the community.
The website, located at http://www.smcil.org, highlights the excitement and passion of the organization by use of vibrant colors which coincide with their present logo. The site also includes information about the organization, a news section, both national and regional resources, and an image gallery. The hand-coded website is built on BalanceLogic's custom Content Management System (CMS) which allows its customers to easily edit their website in real-time. In addition to the website, BalanceLogic also set up and designed custom Facebook, Twitter, and You Tube social media pages.
"BalanceLogic has provided IT services to SMCIL for a couple years now and we were delighted to have been chosen to provide web design services as well," said BalanceLogic's CEO Bill Campbell.
Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living is a nonprofit organization created by and for people with disabilities. We are an advocacy, information and educational center that promote independent living and empowerment for people with all types of disabilities. Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living provides residents of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's counties access to use community resources and services to enhance their independence.
Offering a variety of high quality and affordable back-office services, BalanceLogic continues its rapid growth and is increasing its reputation for creating well designed and functional custom websites. Each website developed is custom, which means no two sites look alike and no prebuilt templates are used.
