Aspiring Entrepreneurs Observe Tonas Ace Solutions Day-to-Day Business Operations

Sales and Marketing firm Tonas Ace Solutions frequently allow budding entrepreneurs to spend a day observing their business operations. MD Michael Adetona hopes offering transparency will encourage more start-up's in the UK.

2012-10-29
MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, October 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) The progressive outsourced sales and marketing firm, who expanded their market to Manchester recently, allow budding entrepreneurs planning to pursue the sales and marketing industry, to spend a day observing their companies business practices. Managing director for Tonas Ace Solutions, Michael Adetona hopes that by offering this transparency, it will encourage more business start-up's in the UK.

Adetona states, "we are a progressive young company and are very keen to offer guidance on how to build a business. Being a young entrepreneur myself I am passionate about helping others create their own business success and feel that observing everything the direct sales and marketing industry has to offer."

Tonas Ace Solutions recently held a very successful networking event in Bournemouth for fifty local, budding entrepreneurs, which gave an opportunity for like minded people to meet and develop relationships with others.

Many universities nationwide are promoting their entrepreneurial courses; Manchester in particular is becoming renowned for producing young entrepreneurs. One student society (known as 'Manchester Entrepreneurs') were inspired by the BBC's, 'The Apprentice' show and created their own version for fellow entrepreneurs. Encouraged by the positive entrepreneurship media in Manchester, Tonas Ace Solutions offer business development programs to those looking to pursue self-employment.

Stan Reinholds, the president of Manchester Entrepreneurs for 2011-2012 stated; "University culture in the UK needs more student enterprise and the way to reach it is one activity at a time. Manchester Apprentice is the foundation of enterprise that we want to install within our university students, from their unique way of thinking, to celebrating personal attributes like character, purpose and self-discipline, giving us an identity of what we as individuals, can positively bring to society. With youth unemployment on the rise and a short supply of adequate, fulfilling jobs for the ever-expanding graduate market, entrepreneurship may well be a solution, and this is precisely the message the Manchester Entrepreneurs have been fighting hard to deliver."

Fahim Sachedina, writing for the Independent, covered the enlightening show, which selected twenty applicants, who were given a range of tasks from marketing and strategic planning to pitching, selling and negotiating.

Sachedina reported, "from singing and dancing on the busiest road in Manchester to grab attention to washing staff members' cars in front of the biggest student complex at the university, the results were innovative but it was Management student Chris Johnston, who managed to avoid hearing 'You're Fired', to scoop the top prize of GBP500."

When asked about his experience, Johnston said, "The Apprentice was a fantastic chance to gain some real-life business experience. It gave me an opportunity to put my entrepreneurial skills to the test and has inspired me to want to run my own business when I leave university."

By granting determined individuals a chance to look behind the scenes, Tonas Ace Solutions are definitely going to be credited for their future successes.

Tonas Ace Solutions specialise in direct marketing and sales as we believe it is the most effective form of marketing for both the client and customer. It is our objective to maintain a small business culture for our clients and we find meeting face-to-face with customers allows for a variety of sales strategies to be used.
