DALLAS, TX, November 01, 2012

Cousia Towns, Executive Director of Amore Transitional Group, Inc. (ATG), today announced the launch of its ATG SEEDS program for disadvantaged and underprivileged young women throughout the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. The program represents the newest curriculum of Amore Transitional Group and is indicative of its growth in providing community services to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and both to and through young women.

Towns stated, "I am so honored and proud to lead a cutting-edge and innovative organization such as Amore Transitional Group. We have a saying and mantra at ATG, 'To and through.' It sets us apart as an organization because our mission is not only to provide young women with the support and the curriculum to become independent and succeed in life, but also to instill and engrain in them the character to 'pay it forward' and, in turn, become leaders in the future of our communities." Towns, who started the organization in 2009 also stated, "We continue to grow in reach, mission, and focus. We do not just give our young women fish for sustenance. We do not just teach them how to fish so they can provide for themselves outside of our bounds. We teach them how to cast a wide net that has a ripple effect in our community ecosystem. We teach them how to be socially responsible young women leaders."

The SEEDS program builds the core mission and curriculum of the organization and its cornerstone of transitioning at-risk, in-crisis, and underprivileged young women into independent community leaders. SEEDS stands for:

Support, Educate, Empower, and Develop Socially Responsible Young Women Community Leaders.

About Amore Transitional Group, Inc.

A Dallas, Texas-based non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization registered in the state of Texas, Amore Transitional Group, Inc.'s (ATG) mission is: "To identify and reach at-risk, in-crisis, and underprivileged young women, and through a nurturing support network which provides structured educational and life-changing personal development programs, transition them into leaders who 'come full circle,' 'pay it forward,' and positively impact their communities."

ATG was founded in 2009 by Cousia Towns, a successful entrepreneur who was abused as a child and also placed in the foster care system, to provide young women who were "emancipated" from the foster care system with a safe and stable environment while preparing them for transition to independence through educational, and guidance programs. The organization has expanded its outreach efforts from focusing solely on young women emerging from foster care to include all at-risk, in-crisis, disadvantaged, and underprivileged young women.
