Kris Roglieri is pleased to announce that his commercial finance training and education company, Commercial Capital Training Group, LLC, has received a score of 'A-' from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).Kris Roglieri registered his company with the BBB on December 20, 2011, and is eagerly anticipating the one-year anniversary of accreditation this December. "As any business owner knows," states Kris Roglieri, "accreditation from the Better Business Bureau is so important. We're in the business of helping others. How would we be able to do that if we couldn't gain trust first?"
The Better Business Bureau is widely regarded as the pre-eminent grading organization for businesses in the United States. The Bureau evaluates the credibility and trustworthiness of businesses with several different criterions. The number of criteria used in judging a company varies from business to business.
According to the Commercial Capital Training Group's BBB page, the 'A-' score was determined based on 16 different factors. "We worked very carefully with the Better Business Bureau," states Kris Roglieri, "in order to ensure that they could share accurate information with consumers. We want to be as transparent as possible - especially when others are evaluating our integrity."
Kris Roglieri is also proud of the fact that there have been zero complaints closed in the last three years about Roglieri's company with the BBB. "We work so hard to ensure that nobody would have any reason to complain about our services. For our executive leadership team, upfront honesty is essential."
While the Better Business Bureau may be the most widely recognized authority on ethical business practices, Kris Roglieri is eager to seek further accreditations in order to boost the reputation of his training company.
"Currently, we have verification from Trust Guard and a few other organizations," says Kris Roglieri. "However, we're interested in really getting our name out there as a strong, reputable business. I think it's worth mentioning that we've been featured in Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, Entrepreneur Magazine, and on CNN Headline News and CNBC. The message is getting out there, but whatever we can do to strengthen it, we're willing to tackle!"
