He is highly experienced with tax controversy issues, tax research and writing, research and development tax credits and federal tax lobbying. Gerald's specialties also include federal tax procedures, federal tax collections, international tax and the domestic manufacturing deduction, along with other related areas. His career has included several high-profile positions in the private sector as well as service to the U.S. government in the Justice Department and the Small Business Administration.
