Engineered Tax Services Announces the Addition of Gerald Parshall to the ETS Advisory Board

Noted tax expert and litigator Gerald Parshall joins Engineered Tax Services Advisory Board.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, November 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) Engineered Tax Services, a professionally licensed engineering firm devoted to the CPA community and its LEED, Circular 230 and other green energy incentive needs, is pleased to announce that Gerald Parshall of Johanson Berenson, LLP has joined its Advisory Board. The ETS Advisory Board is comprised of distinguished leading managing partners of CPA firms and law firms from around the United States. Mr. Parshall is a nationally prominent tax litigator who successfully won judgments in research tax credit cases including the pivotal United Stationers, Inc and Subs. v. U.S., 982 F.Supp. 1279 (N.D.Ill. 1997), aff'd. 163 F.3d 440 (7th Cir. 1998), cert. den. 119 S.Ct. 2369 (1999).

A graduate of The University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School, Gerald brings over 30 years of value-added subject matter expertise as a noted tax litigator, tax lobbyist and former Assistant Chief Counsel. He is highly experienced with tax controversy issues, tax research and writing, research and development tax credits and federal tax lobbying. Gerald's specialties also include federal tax procedures, federal tax collections, international tax and the domestic manufacturing deduction, along with other related areas. His career has included several high-profile positions in the private sector as well as service to the U.S. government in the Justice Department and the Small Business Administration.
