SARASOTA, FL, November 04, 2012

Taylor Morrison and Ryland Homes gathered recently at Arbor Reserve for an official tossing of the dirt to mark the start of development on this single family home community. Arbor Reserve is an intimate community of only 95 single family homes nestled within the 38-acre parcel located just south of Highway 70 on Lockwood Ridge Road in Manatee County, Florida.

Those in attendance were: Joe Fontana, division president Ryland Homes West Florida, the West Florida division Taylor Morrison team members Steve Kempton division president, Cammie Longenecker, vice president of sales and marketing, and Devin Rushnell vice president of land as well as Alan Anderson, executive vice president of the Sarasota Manatee Homebuilders Association.
