SARASOTA, FL, November 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) Taylor Morrison and Ryland Homes gathered recently at Arbor Reserve for an official tossing of the dirt to mark the start of development on this single family home community. Arbor Reserve is an intimate community of only 95 single family homes nestled within the 38-acre parcel located just south of Highway 70 on Lockwood Ridge Road in Manatee County, Florida.
