PHOENIX, AZ, November 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) On Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 6:30 PM authors Charles G. Irion and Ronald J. Watkins will be greeting fans of their Summit Murder Mystery series at Barnes & Noble at the 101 and Shea in Scottsdale, Arizona. The signing will include a meet and greet with the authors, a chance to ask your burning questions about the Summit Murder Mystery series, and for fans to get their books signed!
The Summit Murder Mystery series was inspired by the 1987 Everest attempt by co-author Charles G. Irion and later his 2011 Kilimanjaro climb. Each is an exciting murder mystery set against the back drop of the world's astounding Seven Summits. The series begins with the book Murder on Everest and continues with Murder on Elbrus, Murder on Mt. McKinley, Murder on Puncak Jaya, Murder on Aconcagua, Murder on Vinson Massif and ends with the grand finale Murder on Kilimanjaro. Unlike any mystery ever previously written, you will actually feel yourself atop each mountain where deaths from altitude sickness, accidents, illness and fatigue are a matter of course, but when you add murder to the mix, you get a novel that is truly one of a kind. The authors promise you will experience the thrill of the climb and the terror of every step.
Irion says, "We are looking forward to celebrating the release of this exciting and dramatic novel that concludes our best-selling Summit Murder Mystery series. Ron and I are ecstatic about the release of this unforgettable finale and are looking forward to celebrating with our family, friends and fans. For those that have yet to read the novels, all I need is a few minutes to tell you why this is a series you don't want to miss! Please come on out to the signing and celebrate with us!"
