Persuasive communications and crisis response are the topics of lectures this semester to graduate and undergraduate college students by CommCore executives Andrew Gilman and Nick Peters.

Gilman, CEO of CommCore Consulting Group, addressed graduate class at Columbia Business School on October 9 on how government agencies and the private sector use communications to influence public perceptions. In November Gilman will speak to American University Communication students on Sound Bites for Writers.

On October 16th Peters, Senior Vice President of CommCore Consulting Group, addressed graduate and undergraduate communications and TV Production students at University of District of Columbia on the essential elements of successful crisis communications.

"Understanding principles of effective communications is critical for tomorrow's leaders," says Gilman. "We also learn from students what they think about public and private sector messaging."
