CAPSALIS NAMED BIC NATURAL & ORGANIC PROGRAM MANAGER

BOULDER, CO, October 14, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Boulder Innovation Center (BIC) has named industry leader Bill Capsalis Program Manager of its Natural & Organic Program.
