Smith has been promoted to master scheduler. In this position, Smith will oversee the schedules of each patient in three facilities, and ensure a cohesive experience with Laser Spine Institute. Her responsibilities include managing all patient schedules for their five-day experience at Laser Spine Institute. She handles patients' schedules for three facilities and works closely with numerous departments. Smith joined Laser Spine Institute in February 2007 and helped launch the company's Patient Services department.
