Hartman Inventory Systems Welcomes VanMark Inventory as Newest Group Member

Vanessa and Mark Leiker begin husband-and-wife business partnership with VanMark Inventory in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

2012-11-15
AVON, IN, November 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Mark and Vanessa Leiker realized the serious need for a complete and accurate personal property inventory after hearing and reading the numerous stories about the victims of the Waldo Canyon Fire that destroyed 346 homes in Colorado Springs this past summer.

VanMark Inventory is a result of the Leikers' desire to help Colorado residents and businesses be prepared to face the resulting loss of a fire, theft, or any of the numerous natural disasters. After learning more about the personal property inventory industry, they found many other reasons to have this documentation, including estate settlement, divorce, prenuptials, estate planning, and a thorough asset listing for small business owners. Mark is very direct in his approach to life, and sums this industry up in one sentence, "I provide a necessary service, especially due to recently increased natural disasters."

Mark served in the Army from 1978-1985. He had vast experience in service-oriented positions prior to developing Maric Beverage Systems with his oldest son in 2003. After selling this business, he had a brief stint working for another beverage company. Realizing he preferred entrepreneurship, he discovered Hartman Inventory Services to be the type of small business he was looking for.

Vanessa was raised with a strong focus on family and community service. She is in her 29th year of teaching music, currently in Colorado Springs, District #11. Her love of music and children are evident in her classroom, and will be enjoying a few more years of sharing her musical talent. During this time, Vanessa is eager to help Mark develop and grow VanMark Inventory.

"We investigated many options of businesses we could run as a team. Hartman Inventory Systems is, by far, the most viable business. We can invest in ourselves, provide a comfortable source of income for our retirement, and at the same time provide peace of mind for customers in our area," Mark commented.

Founder of Hartman Inventory Systems Mike Hartman is pleased to welcome the Leiker's as the newest Group Members. "I liked Vanessa and Mark the moment I met them. They are business-oriented, focused, and know what it takes to own and work a business. We know they will be very successful."

VanMark Inventory LLC provides personal property inventory services for business owners, home owners, and renters in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. http://www.VanMarkInventory.com

The Hartman Inventory Systems is a turnkey business package for starting and growing an inventory service business. Key components of the package are a manual, business templates, hands-on training, marketing package, and a guaranteed market area. Continued support from the founders is provided through scheduled monthly meetings, as well as telephone support as needed.
