Hunter Financial Group Optimistic About Rising Home Equity

PHILADELPHIA, PA, November 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) A Daily Finance article recently reported on the positive trend related to increases in home equity across the housing market. Increases in home equity have provided homeowners the opportunity to refinance at historically low interest rates. The gains have also enabled some owners to sell existing properties and purchase new homes. This data indicated between January 1st and March 31st, home equity rates realized a quarterly improvement not seen for the past 60 years. Furthermore, the article went on to note negative equity among borrowers fell between the last quarter of 2011 to the first quarter of 2012.
