Bucktown Dentist Provides Sedation Services to Make Patients Feel at Ease

Dr. Yasser Elseweifi is using special sedation techniques to ensure his patients are comfortable during dental procedures at his practice.

2012-11-17
CHICAGO, IL, November 17, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Yasser Elseweifi, dentist in Bucktown, is happy to be providing sedation services at his practice. Patients who are feeling anxious about visiting the dentist are able to receive special treatment that will make them feel comfortable and fully relaxed during their time at the practice.

"I am glad that our practice is able to provide sedation services. Many patients experience dental anxiety when they are faced with a dental visit and sedation techniques offer these patients a way to feel comfortable and get the dental care they need. I invite any patients that are experiencing anxiety about visiting the dentist to talk to our practice about sedation dentistry," said Dr. Elseweifi, dentist in Wicker Park.

Dr. Elseweifi provides both oral sedation and nitrous oxide at his practice. With oral sedation, the patient usually takes a pill about an hour before treatment begins. By the time the procedure begins, the patient will feel completely relaxed and any anxiety they were feeling will disappear. However, they will remain conscious and able to respond to Dr. Elseweifi's questions and commands.

Dr. Elseweifi is also providing sedation treatment with nitrous oxide. Nitrous oxide, while inhaled, can make a patient feel completely relaxed. It can also help patients who gag easily.

To learn more about the Bucktown cosmetic dentist, his staff or any of the services or treatment optoins that are provided at his practice, patients are encouraged to visit his practice's comprehensive dental website that can be found at http://www.bucktowndentalassociates.com.
