Branding Expert, Chris Brown, to Address the Importance of Branding to International Group

HUDSON, OH, November 17, 2012 (Press-News.org) Branding expert, Christine Brown, will address the importance of international branding in her presentation, "Branding for International Trade" at the Ohio Foreign Commerce Association (OFCA) December meeting.

"Branding is vital to marketing any product or company successfully," said Chris Brown, owner of Marketing Resources & Results, Inc. and author of Branding & Marketing. "When it comes to international branding, it is important that the marketing tools are aligned to create a strong positioning and identity."

Discussion topics will include the challenges of international branding and target marketing. Brown will address product naming, positioning, use of colors, and the impact of various cultures on perception of brand identity. Attendees will also be provided with key marketing principles that are important for successful branding in both international trade and commerce as well as a domestic business.

The meeting will be held at Bar Louie Restaurant at Legacy Village in Beachwood on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11:45 a.m. The event is open to the public, however reservations are required.
