MIDLOTHIAN, VA, November 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Robert Penterson, dentist in Midlothian, and his associates are giving their patients the option to straighten their teeth with the use of Invisalign. Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to straighten patients' teeth without the use of uncomfortable and unsightly braces.
"I am very glad that our practice is able to provide Invisalign to our patients. Invisalign is a great product and offers tremendous results to our patients while eliminating many of the negative aspects of traditional braces. I look forward to continuing to treat our patients in the future with Invisalign," said Dr. Penterson, family dentist in Midlothian.
Instead of brackets and wires, Invisalign provides patients a way to straighten their teeth without anyone knowing. The Midlothian dentist will take detailed impressions and x-rays in order to create a set of aligners that fit perfectly to a patients teeth. After wearing the aligners for about two weeks, the patient will move on to the next set of aligners. Slowly but surely, the patients teeth will move. The patient will have periodic appointments with Dr. Penterson to monitor his or her progress over the course of treatment. Once the patient is finished wearing their final set of aligners, the procedure will be complete and they will start enjoying their straight smile.
To learn more about Dr. Penterson, his associates, staff or any of the services provided at his practice, patients are encouraged to visit his comprehensive dental website that is located at http://www.pentersonandbooth.com.
