Best Life Herbals Announces "Cyber Monday Expansion"

Nutritional supplement maker Best Life Herbals will launch a "Cyber Monday" expansion. The expansion is timed to coincide with the annual online holiday rush, and designed to make the shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.

2012-11-18
SALT LAKE CITY, UT, November 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) "Until recently, nutritional supplements have only been available by mail order or at a company's own website," a Best Life spokesperson said. "But that's not always what's most convenient for shoppers."

To simplify online shopping, the company is making their supplements available through retailers such as Amazon.com and Ebay. "Online shopping is evolving towards a more modern model," the spokesperson explained. "And we want our customers to have every advantage. This expansion brings vitamins and herbs into the digital supermarket."

In addition to offering the convenience of Amazon.com and Ebay, the company will release a series of YouTube videos.

"We can't sit down and talk to everyone about herbs face-to-face," the spokesperson explained. "But now you can discover the health benefits of herbs at your convenience. And you can choose videos based on your own health goals."

The company chose their launch date for its link to online shopping. As the Best Life spokesperson explained, "Cyber Monday is the biggest online shopping day of the year. It seemed like a perfect match, since our goal is to create a more satisfying shopping experience."

Cyber Monday is the online parallel of "Black Friday" - traditionally the biggest shopping day for brick-and-mortar stores. The phrase was coined in 2005, and quickly became a major online shopping event. According to comScore, Cyber Monday sales eclipsed $1 billion in 2010.

Except for a few large online retailers - such as Amazon.com - online shopping has followed the Main Street model. That is, most companies set up their own little shops online. This forces shoppers looking for different items to visit multiple sites.

"Supermarkets are popular for a reason," explained the Best Life spokesperson. "They let you do most of your shopping in one place. You can get your meat and fruit and other items all in one quick stop. Why should your online experience be any different?

"Of course, we'll still have our flagship website," he continued. "People still need an expert."

"If you know exactly what you want, a supermarket is great. But supermarkets aren't great at providing expert information. We have hundreds of health and wellness articles on our website. So it will always play an important role for us."

Best Life plans to have many new features in place before the official launch date. "We want to be sure everything is ready to go for our customers - and working properly - at our launch date," the spokesperson explained. "It's not convenient if it doesn't work."

Best Life Herbals is a leading marketer of nutritional supplements.
