BOCA RATON, FL, November 19, 2012 (Press-News.org) Puissant Industries, Inc. (OTCQB:PSSS) receives electronic trading eligibility status from Depository Trust Company (DTC) after its go public transaction. PSSS completed its going public transaction by undertaking a direct public offering and filing a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Eligibility enables ownership of the company's shares to be transferred electronically by the DTC.
