HAIFA, ISRAEL, November 23, 2012 (Press-News.org) One of the most significant events within the mobile market in Eastern Europe Mobile VAS & Applications Conference will be held in St. Petersburg between November 22-23. Every year the conference dedicated to the mobile VAS market development brings together more than 500 representatives of the industry from all over the world.
