Chris Finney Joins Finney Law Office, LLC, As An Associate

Chris Finney joins his father, Daniel P. Finney, Jr., SuperLawyer, and his brother, Daniel P. Finney, III, at the firm his father founded in 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri.

2012-11-26
ST. LOUIS, MO, November 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) Finney Law Office, LLC, has announced that Chris Finney has recently joined the firm as an associate. Chris graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2010. From there, he began trying cases at the Circuit Attorney's Office for the City of St. Louis. Chris tried state level misdemeanors and felonies while employed at the Circuit Attorney's Office. While there, he completed over 25 trials, including bench and jury trials.

After the Circuit Attorney's Office, Chris took a position at a large insurance defense firm as a litigation associate. He litigated cases from jurisdictions all over the state of Missouri, including claims for car accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, dog bites, premises liability and other personal injuries.

He now joins his father, Daniel P. Finney, Jr., and his brother, Daniel P. Finney, III, at the firm his father founded in 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri. Chris will join them in their practice which is focused solely on personal injury work, with significant results in wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, motor vehicle accidents and trucking accidents. The firm is a litigation and trial firm.

"It has always been the goal to join my father and brother in the trial practice that we believe in. This is where I have wanted to spend the rest of my career, representing those injured parties that deserve better than what the system has offered them," Finney says of the new position.

Chris is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), Missouri Bar, Lawyers Association for St. Louis, The Bar Association for Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and the American Bar Association (ABA).

The Finney Law Office has earned its reputation as one of the elite litigation firms in the St. Louis area through painstaking case analysis, preparation and dedication. As a result, we have had repeated success against large corporations, often defended by multiple law firms. Call 314-646-0300 to contact our firm.

Just One Month Of Credit Agency Oversight Reveals Big Concerns
2012-11-26
The Consumer Financial Protection Board (CFPB) took on new oversight responsibilities last month, assuming authority over credit bureaus and most credit reporting companies. Prior to this change, no single federal agency had any oversight role involving this industry - the companies only needed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As a result, ...
