NEW YORK, NY, August 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) Infinit Outsourcing co-founder, Richard I. Eldridge, recently spoke at the Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Services Conference held last August 10, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Richard served as one of the industry expert panelists during the event alongside the other leading outsourcing providers.

Speaking on the occasion, Richard commented, "There is tremendous opportunity currently in the healthcare outsourcing vertical and as of June 2010 we are ahead of business plan and confident we will meet our budgeted growth along this specialized vertical this year. The keynote address was delivered by Senator Edgardo J. Angara, who discussed the importance of enhancing the healthcare and information and communication technology (ICT) sector. The senator also commented on the current state of the US healthcare sector and how companies need to capitalize on the opportunities that recent changes in the US healthcare system present:

"From 2011 onwards, incentives worth $19 billion will be given to healthcare providers that will show meaningful compliances. This opens a wide window of opportunity for the Philippine healthcare outsourcing industry, opening up diverse business opportunities for investments and job generation."

The current US healthcare system was just one of a broad range of topics tackled in the conference, which included the current abundance of healthcare talent in the country and the best practices within the different sectors in the healthcare outsourcing industry.
