BOCA RATON, FL, November 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) Clayton Perlman, a real estate developer with more than 25 years of experience (spanning all over the United States) is proud to announce that he is currently working on several real estate development projects in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
"I'm really excited about the work that I'm doing with my team in New Jersey," says Clayton Perlman. "I think this county is about to explode and see some tremendous growth. Developing - and buying - real estate right now is a smart move that anyone who's interested in living near the Jersey shore shouldn't pass up on."
Monmouth County has a population of 630,380 according to the 2010 Census. It's the fifth most populous county in the state of New Jersey. According to a 2011 report, Monmouth County has the 38th highest income of all counties in the United States.
Clayton Perlman got his start in the real estate development business in 1986 as a Superintendent with his family's business, Perlman Properties. Since then, Clayton Perlman has worked in New Jersey, California, Nevada, Utah, and New York on a variety of different real estate development projects with a number of development companies.
"I've done a lot of real estate over the years... in a lot of locations," says Clayton Perlman. "But now I'm ready to really focus on one particular local area. And, for me, that area is Monmouth County. There's no other place I would rather be."
Since 2005, Clayton Perlman has been doing real estate development in New Jersey under four different limited liability companies: Laurel Woods Estates, LLC, Perlman Properties, LLC, Browns Point Marina, LLC, and Paint Island Springs, LLC.
"People often ask me why I use so many different LLCs," says Clayton Perlman. "I just tell them it's because different business ventures have different requirements. I'm not interested in starting a bunch of companies just to say I did. I'm interested in getting the best work done at the absolute lowest cost. That's a value I like to pass on to my end-buyers when the time comes."
Clayton Perlman welcomes questions and comments about his work in Monmouth County. For more information, view Clayton Perlman's Boca Raton contact information.
