This new release gives a variety of the harshest environments the benefit of smaller ruggedized monitors at higher resolutions. VarTech's full range of NEMA 6, IP67, fully submersible all-weather and all-terrain monitor display's feature a large number of impressive features. These monitors are sunlight readable in outdoor conditions and operate in an extensive temperature range of -40 to +70C. The display utilizes a single-piece gasket seal design with fully sealed IP67 rated locking style cable connectors insuring NEMA 6 water-resistant protection against splashing or directed hose water, and even full temporary submersion.
The all-weather 12.1 inch monitor is made with a 1000 nit, daylight viewable flat panel display and has a harsh duty variable power supply, 9 to 36 VDC with an optional AC power universal input 85 to 264 VAC. This series of rugged display monitors is engineered with an advanced, user-friendly system possessing unprecedented video input capabilities from traditional VGA to up to four individual direct composite BNC video feeds with easy one-touch toggle select function between each input. Additionally, an extensive array of various IP67-rated PC Computer and/or Direct Video Feed input combinations are available; including VGA, DVI, Composite BNC (single, 2, 3 or 4 separate feeds), Touch (USB or Serial) and can include dual VGA, dual DVI or Dual Composite BNC Video Feeds with/without an optional touch screen interface. The 12.1" monitor can be customized with the addition of 6 user configurable pass-through function buttons allowing the end-user one-touch control over a greater number of display features.
The all-weather, all-terrain series' turnkey LCD display is tested and proven effective against intensive shock and vibration environments making them ideal for heavy industrial, marine, military and mining applications, as well as OEMs, system integrators and VARs. Additionally, a standard feature of these displays is a full range, external, manual dimming dial that allows 0 to 100 percent LCD illumination when more or less LCD brightness is needed.
