The Leadership Academy is a Florida Realtors program designed to identify, educate and inspire future leaders in a professional, supportive environment while advancing the principles of the Florida Realtors.
The rigorous program identifies emerging Realtor leaders who want to get involved, make a difference, grow their businesses and expand their leadership skills. Academy graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to excel as leaders in the industry.
Grooms, a Sales Associate in the Anna Maria office, and Starcher, a Sales Associate in the Sarasota Webber Street office, were among only 15 students in the 2012 class.
