Lack of Trust in Marketing Prompts Businesses to Outsource PerDM's Field Sales Service
2012-12-03
CHESTER, ENGLAND, December 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) The majority (70 per cent) of CEOs have lost trust in marketers' ability to deliver growth after becoming frustrated by what they see as an inability to prove ROI on campaigns, according to a new report by Fournaise Marketing Group. Field Sales and Marketing firm, PerDM reveal they have noted a growing demand from businesses for more measurable results. The firm develop face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for clientele from a range of industries, they claim the increasing demand for their sales services is down to the ability to guarantee a return on investment - an element many traditional marketers are unable to offer.

Fournaise Marketing Group's report indicates that marketers are more caught up in social-media 'likes' and 'tweets' which are not proven to convert into quantifiable results, rather than creating increased customer demand for their products in "a business-quantifiable and business-measurable way". PerDM believe direct forms of sales and marketing are easier to calculate performance and often more cost-effective than traditional forms of marketing.

'Competition for new customers has increased in recent years. There are more services on offer than ever before and customers have less money to spend - what CEO's expect to see are measurable and quantifiable results. We aim to provide a service that is scaleable, will provide high quality customer acquisition and improve our clients overall sales performance. Our channel offers financial security when attributing financial cost to a set number of customers acquired, unlike many traditional marketing channels' claims Ian Attwood, PerDM's Director.

Research provided by Face Time, a UK-based marketing company suggests that 93% of company directors believe that face to face marketing delivers better sales conversion than social media, press and direct mail. PerDM agree and recently reported an emerging trend in demand for outsourced face-to-face sales services.

The anticipated growth in the outsourced field sales industry will add value to many global brands. As more companies look to agencies such as PerDM to improve their marketing ROI they will obtain a stronger identity for their brand which leads to greater customer loyalty. PerDM's focus on superior customer care, progressive attitude to improving the customer's perception of their client's brands and high quality customer acquisition has led them to become the fastest growing Field Sales and Marketing Company in the UK and Ireland.
