SARASOTA, FL, December 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) With rising customer traffic and interest in the company's recently opened Francesco model at Haddington in Country Club East, Taylor Morrison is moving forward with six additional floor plans that are now available in this upscale Lakewood Ranch community.
"We have had a rising number of interested people streaming through our sales center, especially now that the Francesco model is open and adding to the buzz," said Cammie Longenecker, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison West Florida. "There has been so much interest in this particular community that we wanted to showcase all of our available floor plans to give buyers a feel for the wide range of options and square footages that exist here, not only in Haddington but also in other Country Club East neighborhoods. With seven plans to choose from, we are confident that we are offering something to suit nearly any buyer's needs and preferences."
All seven of the floor plans share Taylor Morrison's signature open design and quality, energy-efficient construction. Among the many thoughtful touches included throughout the homes are granite countertops, maple or cherry cabinets in the kitchen and master bath, GE stainless steel kitchen appliances including a double oven, gas cooktop and undermount sink, Moen faucets with a rubbed bronze finish, a high-efficiency air conditioning system with programmable thermostat, a 50-gallon energy-efficient gas water heater, 18" x 18" ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, baths and utility room, and a security system. Exterior features include barrel tile roofs, lush landscaping, and paver driveway, walkway, entry and covered lanai. All come with two-car garages and utility rooms, and all are covered by a one full year homeowner's warranty.
Following is a brief description and overview of the Taylor Morrison floor plans available in Country Club East's Haddington and Secret Harbor communities:
Francesco: A beautifully furnished model of this floor plan opened in October in the Haddington enclave. Notable for its charming Tuscan-inspired details, this home is perfect for entertaining large crowds or hosting intimate dinner parties with its wide open spaces and fabulous outdoor living area with optional fireplace and curved bar. With just over 2800 square feet, the Francesco offers three bedrooms, three and a half baths, family and dining room, a private den, and a chef-inspired kitchen with walk-in pantry and expansive breakfast bar.
Bella: The Bella features a rotunda-style foyer that welcomes guests and directs them to a cozy den or a spacious open kitchen with direct access to a formal dining room and oversized great room. The 2,885 square feet of living space also includes two guest bedrooms with private baths, and a master retreat with his-and-hers walk-in closets and luxurious bath as well as a two-car garage.
Luca: Set apart by its distinctly angled front entrance, the Luca's foyer opens directly to an open kitchen and massive great room design. With just over 2,500 square feet, the Luca model offers three bedrooms with three baths, a dining room, powder room, den with double-door entry and a two-car garage.
Vinci: The Vinci model, features three bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, with a private master suite tucked away separated from the two guest rooms. Dividing the two spaces is a formal living room, flanked by a dining room and den. A walk-thru butler's pantry provides easy access to the kitchen, which overlooks a rear family room and a breakfast nook accented by a bay window. A total of 3,439 square feet allows plenty of space to spread out, including a luxurious master bath and oversized his-and-hers closets.
Mercede: This model combines many of today's top selling features - an open family room and kitchen concept, bedrooms with walk-in closets, a private den and formal dining room, and a true master suite retreat with double closets, double sinks, and separate tub and shower. With nearly 3,200 square feet of living space, the Mercede model can accommodate a crowd but still has a homey, comfortable feel that is in keeping with casual Florida living.
Isabella: This elegant home offers just over 3,000 square feet of living space, including an open great room that flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and nearby breakfast nook. A bedroom with private bath at the rear of the house is a quiet retreat for guests, while a second guest room could serve as a hobby room or home gym. Also included here are a formal dining room, a den, and a master suite with double closets and vanity.
Available only in the Royal Valley and Camargo neighborhoods.
Umbria: As Taylor Morrison's only four-bedroom plan at Country Club East, the Umbria adds an extra bit of living space with 3,234 square feet. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the third is located towards the rear of the house near an optional bonus room. A roomy master suite consumes one wing of the home with its spacious bedroom, oversized his-and-hers closets, and a well-planned bathroom. At the heart of the home is a gourmet-inspired kitchen, set off by a sunny breakfast nook, family room, and living room with optional fireplace. A three-car side entry garage provides additional storage space, while a large lanai has room for an optional kitchen.
Country Club East is a private, gated community in Lakewood Ranch that was built around beautiful lakes and nature preserves. The growing village boasts a well-appointed clubhouse with swimming pool and cabana area as well as an 18-hole golf course designed by international landscape and golf course architect Rick Robbins. A second golf course and clubhouse are planned for the future. Residents can enjoy a top-rated elementary school and beautiful community park just outside the gates, along with exceptional shopping, polo matches, the new Premier Sports Fields and gourmet dining. Homeowners will also have the opportunity to join the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club with an athletic center, clubhouse, 18-court tennis facility and two golf courses. Maintenance-included options are available. Country Club East is enviably located in the heart of Lakewood Ranch, with easy access to the delights of Main Street as well as nearby shopping, restaurants and parks, as well as Sarasota's famous beaches and cultural venues.
