Fairfield Harbour Hosts Annual Flotilla Saturday, Dec. 8, Converging At Old Shoreline Clubhouse

Residents Of Local Boating And Golf Community To Welcome Procession Of Boats Arriving At The Inner Harbor As Part Of Holiday Festivities

NEW BERN, NC, December 09, 2012

Fairfield Harbour (http://www.fhpoa.com), a residential boating and golf community located 15 minutes from historic New Bern, has announced that the community will host its annual flotilla on Saturday, Dec. 8. The boats will raft up in the Inner Harbour at approximately 5 p.m. at the same when spectators and boat passengers will begin a group sing-along of Christmas carols. Participants will break the raft at 5:30 p.m. as the on-the-water parade begins around the Inner Harbour. Spectators are encouraged to gather on the shoreline of the Old Shoreline Clubhouse by 5 p.m. to participate in the caroling and enjoy the spot to view the lighted boats. The public is invited to attend this free event.
