GRAND RAPIDS, MI, December 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) "No one else is doing this," says Bekins appliance & electronics store owner, Scott Bekins, in regards to his company's new ultramodern showroom which has just opened on Grand Rapids, Michigan's 28th Street commercial belt. "We bring to the table a full combination of services that no one else does. When you also consider the fact that literally every product here in our showroom is hooked up live for you to try, we honestly don't know why people would shop anywhere else."
The combination of services Scott Bekins is referring to include sales, installation, repair and maintenance service throughout the lifetime of the product. The service Bekins offers on its appliances and electronics is not unlike the type of service you would expect from a car dealership, Bekins says.
"Bekins has been in the appliance business nearly 40 years," he explains. "Our people are certified and highly trained professionals who take care of everything - installation, logistics, service - from start to finish. So, not only do we take great pains to make sure you get the right product in your home, but we also take care of that product in your home throughout its lifetime."
Bekins' new Grand Rapids showroom is evidence of the great pains the company is taking to play "matchmaker" between customers and products. Designed by award-winning West Michigan architect Wayne Visbeen, the entirely modern showroom leads customers through the inner circumference of the store with a wide, circular walkway. Model home "vignettes" radiate like spokes, showing appliances and electronics in cabinetry, living rooms and other settings which mimic their "natural home environment". Every product in the Grand Rapids showroom floor is live and available for customers to "play with", Bekins emphasizes.
"How do you know if you're buying the right appliance if you can't see what it looks like in a real kitchen, what the controls are like, or how it sounds?" Scott asks. "That's our biggest goal with the showroom's design: to let people turn on the dishwasher and hear what it sounds like. To give a real sense of how products are going to work in your home before you make the investment of buying it."
The showroom features a wide range of appliances and electronics, ranging from mid-range, affordable brands such as Jenn-Air and Maytag to the highly exclusive La Cornue Chateau range series. Bekins, which holds several awards for its home electronics integration work, carries most advanced electronics brands, including Elite, Lutron, Crestron, Sony ES, an exclusive home electronics line only available from select carriers.
Bekins is West Michigan's premier home appliance, theater, and automation showroom. We are the only appliance and electronics retailer in Michigan with a fully functional showroom experience staffed with the most knowledgeable team specially trained to match the ideal product/system to the customer's needs. Saying "Godspeed" to a Spidernaut
2012-12-11
"You have been my friend. That in itself is a tremendous thing. I wove my webs for you because I liked you. After all, what's a life, anyway? We're born, we live a little while, we die. A spider's life can't help being something of a mess, with all this trapping and eating flies. By helping you, perhaps I was trying to lift up my life a trifle. Heaven knows anyone's life can stand a little of that."

2012-12-11
It is commonly stated that you can't have your cake and eat it too, but the electronic cigarette may break the long held beliefs by the anti-smoking establishment and do away with pharmaceuticals that come in at a dismal 5% success rate or less.
Over the last year new studies, trials and test including the new Polish report have suggested that the electronic cigarette may be superior to any known pharmaceutical remedy or alternative. This may be why major pharmaceutical companies are dumping hundreds of millions into these anti-smoking groups that attack the electronic ...
