Dearborn Dentist Uses Social Media to Communicate With Patients Online

Dr. Kalil Abraham and his staff are using both Facebook and Twitter to improve their practice's online presence.

DEARBORN, MI, December 12, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Kalil Abraham, dentist in Dearborn, is happy to be utilizing social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to reach out to his patients online. He hopes the social media accounts he is now using will allow him to better communicate with his patients on the Internet.

"I am very excited that our practice is jumping into the world of social media with our Facebook and Twitter accounts. I know that many of our patients use these services on a daily basis and I'm excited to have our practice be available on these services. I hope many of our patients will take a few minutes to 'like' us on Facebook and follow our Twitter account," said Dr. Abraham, Dearborn general dentist.

Dr. Abraham and his staff are using the Facebook account to post updates on the practice as well as helpful links to dental content that can be found at other sources on the Internet. Patients that 'like' the page are able to post questions and comments. Shortly after this, someone from the practice will then be able to respond to the post.

The cosmetic dentist in Dearborn is using the Twitter account in a similar way. Practice updates will be posted on the Twitter account as well as links to blog posts that will be produced from the practice.
