In this position, Kunkel will be responsible for overseeing contract implementation documentation, as well as preparing and maintaining all documents necessary for a successful closing process. With more than a decade of construction industry experience, Kunkel has served in a variety of roles prior to joining Royal Oaks Homes, including working as sales coordinator for Drees Homes and office manager for Construction Pros, Inc. Originally from Trinidad in the West Indies, Kunkel resides in Cary with her husband and child.
