Daiell joins the eight other attorneys on staff at the firm's downtown Chicago office.
Daiell graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2012. Prior to joining The Patterson Law Firm, LLC Daiell was a law clerk for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). In that role, she wrote a successful appellate response brief for a case, and on appeal the court affirmed its initial decision in favor of the CTA. Daiell has won arbitrations, taken depositions, argued motions in court and settled cases. She has also spearheaded an ethics committee investigation and wrote two summary judgment motions for breach of contract cases, as well as a summary judgment motion consolidating seven plaintiffs' EUR lawsuits in a major tort case.
