Chesterfield Dentist Uses Facebook to Reach Out to Patients Online

Dr. Michael Grasso is maintaining a Facebook page to improve his online communication with his patients.

CHESTERFIELD, MO, December 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Michael Grasso, dentist in Chesterfield, is excited to be jumping into the world of social media with his practice's Facebook page. He hopes the Facebook page will help him effectively communicate with his patients on the Internet.

"I am glad that our practice is able to use Facebook as a communication tool. I know that many of our patients utilize this service on a daily basis and I am excited that our practice is becoming accessible on Facebook. I hope that many of our patients will take a minute to 'like' our Facebook page," said Dr. Grasso, cosmetic dentist from Chesterfield.

Dr. Grasso and his staff are using the Facebook account to post updates on the practice as well as helpful links to dental content on the web. Patients that 'like' the practice will be able to post questions and comments on the page. Shortly after doing this, someone from Dr. Grasso's practice will be able to post a reply to the comment.

Any practice specials or contests that are currently running at Dr. Grasso's practice will also be announced on the Facebook page. In fact, some contests are solely available through the Facebook page.

To schedule an appointment with the Chesterfield dentist, patients can either call (636) 777-7000 or use the online appointment request form. To do this, patients simply have to enter some basic information into the online form. Shortly after this, the practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up with an email with a list of available appointment times.
