Judge Marina Corodemus (Ret.) Named Woman Leader in the Law

Mass Tort ADR Firm Managing Partner Selected for Inaugural Issue of ALM and Martindale-Hubbell's New Jersey Women Leaders in the Law

DOYLESTOWN, PA, December 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Judge Marina Corodemus (Ret.), managing partner of the mass tort Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) firm Corodemus & Corodemus, L.L.C., was named to the inaugural issue of New Jersey Women Leaders in the Law. Published in the December issue of Inside Jersey magazine and The Star-Ledger, the supplement features some of the most prominent and respected female attorneys and judges from New Jersey. Women Leaders in the Law is published by ALM, the publisher of the New Jersey Law Journal, and Martindale-Hubbell .

Judge Corodemus was chosen based on her prominence as a judge, attorney, special master and ADR professional. She has more than a decade of experience on the bench as New Jersey's sole mass tort Judge. Her record includes adjudicating some of the most important mass tort, product liability and environmental contamination cases in the U.S. in the past three decades. A sampling of these cases includes: Fen-phen Diet Drug, Rezulin, Durham Woods Pipe Line Explosion, Talalia v. Cooper Tire and Toms River Ciba Geigy Cancer Cluster cases.

Earlier in 2012, Judge Corodemus was named the Best Individual Mediator by The National Law Journal and her ADR firm was ranked among the leading ADR providers in the nation.
