Using Virtual Coach is simple:
1) Create an account on the Pinnacle website.
2) Each individual shoots approximately five minutes of video on a camera, webcam or smartphone and uploads it to Pinnacle's secure and private portal.
3) A certified Pinnacle Performance master trainer views the video and evaluates how the individual communicates, their presence and ability to engage and influence. They provide a comprehensive, customized performance report highlighting strengths and areas for improvement and offer specific exercises to strengthen communication. Both individuals and managers can receive the reports. Pinnacle's master instructors also are available for virtual coaching via phone or web conference.
Individual performance reports are $250 a piece. Virtual coaching with a Pinnacle master instructor is $250 for a 30-minute session. Volume discounts are available.
