SJD are shortlisted in the 'Customer Commitment' category, which in 2011 they were finalists for and won.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are held by the Institute of Customer Service who acknowledge organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies at the highest level.
