BALTIMORE, MD, October 17, 2010 (Press-News.org) Continental Search is proud to announce Don Hunter as the newest member of their recruitment team. Hunter joined Continental Search in the Fall of 2010 after years of assisting on joint recruiting projects with CSO principal Daniel C. Simmons. He has been recruiting since 1993 and has filled sales, operations, animal nutrition and animal health positions across the nation.

Simmons, a Certified Personnel Consultant who has been recruiting since 1991, is more than enthusiastic about Hunter's arrival. "I am honored that he has formally joined the team. Don brings insightful interviewing skills, business savvy and a wealth of experience."

Prior to joining the team, Hunter partnered with Simmons on various projects, one of them being the Animal Science Monitor Newsletter which publishes and highlights animal industry events, spotlights associations, provides careers advice, gives recruiting tips, advertises industry jobs, and provides a forum for readers to share their thoughts.

Most recently, Don spent 15 years as the Principal Recruiter for Bay Resource Group in Traverse City, Michigan. Hunter continues to be a regular contributor to the Animal Science Monitor and an award-winning member of the Top Echelon Network. Don currently resides in Michigan and is proud to be a part of Continental Search's Award winning team.
