"We are urging all our patients, who have not already done so, to get their flu shots now," shares Deborah Rodriguez, MD, one of the Lawrenceville Family Practice's physicians. "The best way to avoid getting the flu is to get the shot," she adds. Each year about a quarter of the U.S. population gets the flu and approximately 36,000 people die each year from the flu.
