Dominion Systems Rolls Out Major Update to DominionSource

Dominion Systems rolls out a major update to the company's online payroll solution, DominionSource. The update was primarily to the visual design.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, December 21, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dominion Systems, Inc. a leading provider of Employee Resource Management solutions recently rolled out a major update to DominionSource, the company's online payroll solution. The update was primarily to the visual design, using different color elements to improve the user experience.

"Our primary goals with our latest update to DominionSource were to enhance the user experience and provide users with a more productive workflow," said President and CEO, Jud Highhill.

The company has been developing the new look for almost a year. Study groups and surveys were conducted to ensure a final design their clients would enjoy.

Along with an update to the user interface, DominionSource released other features such as Live Chat. Live Chat will be included within DominionSource and will allow convenient access to our client service representatives.

"Live Chat will help us continue in our efforts to provide the best client services possible," said Client Services Supervisor Angela Brecker. "Clients can get a quick and easy answer within seconds while doing payroll - without picking up the phone."
