RMA of New York to Present 10 Original Scientific Papers at the ASRM Annual Meeting

RMA of New York's team will present 10 original research findings at ASRM's annual meeting, with two award winning papers presented Monday, October 25, 2010.

NEW YORK, NY, October 19, 2010 (Press-News.org) The team at Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA) of New York will present original research at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine's (ASRM) annual conference to be held October 23-27, 2010 in Denver, Colorado.

RMA of New York is honored to have two presentations win awards within the Nurse's Professional Group of ASRM. These awards were funded by a generous grant from Merck. The research titled, "Does Surgical Management of a Missed Abortion Provide a More Rapid Return to Fertility Treatment than Medical Management in a Fertility Practice" will be presented by Hilde Cotton, RN, on Monday, October 25 at 4:15pm. "A Survey of Fertility Practices and How They Use Electronic Communication" will be presented by Kira Copperman, LCSW at the same session.

Including these award honored presentations, RMA of New York will present a total of 4 oral presentations and 6 poster abstracts of research findings regarding fertility preservation in cancer patients and optimizing success rates using in vitro fertilization (IVF).

"RMA of New York continues its fine mission of sharing data-driven findings to improve patient care. This year the entire team is honored to be recognized twice by ASRM's Nurses Professional Group for our work," states Dr. Alan Copperman, co-medical director of RMA of New York.
