Team Fitness America October Personal Trainer Of The Month Announced

NEWTOWN, PA, October 19, 2010 (Press-News.org) Team Fitness America announced their October Personal Trainer Of The Month. From Margate, Florida, Brian Bowen has demonstrated what it takes to be chosen as a top personal trainer of Team Fitness America from a nationwide team of personal trainers. Bowen's unique approach to clients and having been overweight at one point in his life has led him to assist many other clients with their weight loss goals. For that Bowen was chosen for the Team Fitness America Personal Trainer Of The Month Award.

Bowen, who is also running for personal trainer of the year, is an excellent personal trainer and possesses a certification from the American Council On Exercise and is pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy at this time. After having a serious car accident that ended his Marine Corps Career, Bowen gained 60 pounds and slipped into a life of overeating and not exercising. In 2008 he decided to get back into fitness and began a six month journey to lose weight and become healthy again. After completing his goal, his desire to assist others in achieving their goals grew to a passion that has proven to be priceless.

Bowen understands what it is like to be overweight and out of shape. His compassionate manner and understanding nature make him an ideal personal trainer with Team Fitness America because he can relate to the clients on a level that is very close to the heart. He has mastered every requirement of Team Fitness America and can provide nutritional advice, sports workouts, weight loss workouts, strength training and cardio conditioning. He combines his coaching skills from coaching and training Rugby players with his ability to relate to each clients individual needs.

Bowen has worked with women, men, teens and sports players to encourage them to workout, lose weight and be healthy. He combines both his passion for fitness and ability to relate to clients on a personal level to help others achieve their goals. Bowen has exceeded Team Fitness America's expectations of a personal trainer and a team player and for that he is chosen as personal trainer of the month.

"Brian is awesome, he makes us work harder then we want to sometimes but that is good and I have lost so much weight in the two months I have been with him," said Amber, who is a Team Fitness America client.
