HOHENWALD, TN, January 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) Modor Plastics has decided to make its high-performance plastic electrical enclosures and header assemblies available to distributors and is offering distributor pricing to qualified organizations that sell electrical equipment. Until now, Modor Plastics products have only been available via direct sales since the company's inception in 1979.
Modor's first distributor of record is online industrial electronics distributor Industrial Electronics (IE), which also distributes relays made by Modor's sister company, Kanson Electronics | ISSC. At the end of 2012, Modor and IE agreed that Modor's quality, UL certifications, and capacity for customization would provide IE's customers with a range of important options. Within two weeks, the distributor had booked its first Modor sale.
"There is a clear need for the Modor products and we want to ensure all of our Kanson | ISSC distributor clients have access to them," says Allen Filson, President of Modor Plastics. "Industrial Electronics' early success has prompted us to pursue a full distributor model. Carrying our complete line of electrical enclosures and header assemblies will make any electronics distributor a better supplier by offering a broader range of solutions to their customers."
Visit http://www.modorplastics.com to learn more about Modor Plastic's quality electrical enclosures and to contact the company for distribution information.
