BRIDGEVIEW, IL, January 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) There are many businesses today seeking prospective employees with experience. For professionals looking to jump careers and find a more lucrative opportunity, this may be the time to consider looking for a way to advance careers. Carol Anne Bond understands that sometimes change is necessary for career advancement. She has nearly a decade of work experience and has worked for three different businesses.

After Carol Anne Bond completed her Master in Business Administration degree she began her career. The first position she held was in retail. Carol Anne Bond started work as a retail manager but only spent one year in the industry. "Retail is a massive field but it doesn't always have the best opportunities for career advancement," says Carol Anne Bond. So after only one year as a retail manager she switched industries.

"I know the management experience I earned through retail helped me find work so quickly, employers look at management experience to determine whether you can multitask and prioritize," explains Carol Anne Bond. The next position that Carol Anne Bond held was at a financial organization. She spent the next three years working as an independent analyst.

Carol Anne Bond was comfortable in her work as an independent analyst but continued to keep an open mind about advancing her career with another company. After three years opportunity struck. Carol Anne bond left the financial organization and began working for an international construction firm.

"I took a position with the firm's accounting department," says Carol Anne Bond. As an international company, there was a lot of paperwork to keep in order. Carol Anne Bond was happy with her work in the accounting department. For five years Carol Anne Bond performed the administrative duties that come with work in an office environment.

Most of Carol Anne Bond's work has related to the financial aspects of business. She worked for five years in an accounting office and three as an independent analyst for a financial organization. Add her experience as a manager to the mix and you have a woman who is prepared to work in any business administration office.
