DANVERS, MA, January 11, 2013 (Press-News.org) When Antoine Nohra purchased Bioceutica in early 2012 he stated his ambition to turn the multi-level marketing company into a world-class global brand. Very soon Antoine and interim CEO Jesse Young set about finding themselves a CEO with the track record to make this possible. There were many strong candidates however there really was only one who matched their criteria - Candace Keefe.
"We were fortunate, when we bought the company, we inherited a very talented and committed team," said Antoine. "I am sure this made Candace's task a lot easier."
Soon after her appointment Candace's first step was to carry out a root and branch review of the company's product range, compensation plan, distribution and marketing. With her vast experience and shrewd appointments in key positions and engagement of industry leading partners, Bioceutica's CEO has been able to achieve a remarkable turnaround in the company's fortunes.
Recognizing the importance of having an online asset Candace oversaw the design and rebuild of their leading edge website incorporating social media to reflect the new brand identity designed by one of the top international branding agencies. Soon we were to see the launch of a groundbreaking Compensation Plan. Bioceutica's Independent Consultants have embraced the program and there has been a significant increase in sales already.
"We are very fortunate to have an established and extensive network to support our investment and we want to make sure they are well rewarded for everything they achieve," said Candace.
Throughout the latter half of 2012 under the control and visionary eye of Katy Muenter, Bioceutica's Director of Product Development, the next significant step has been the creation, formulation, branding, packaging and launch of the 'INTUITIV - By Nature' cosmecuetical range. These anti-ageing balanced skin care products will increase the national footprint of Bioceutica and grow its network.
In between all this we have seen the rebranding, repackaging and re-launch of the company's 'My Vitamins RX' and "Quik Stik" ranges along with the creation and implementation of a new communications strategy utilizing the company's state of the art website. National Calls for Independent Consultants and their networkers have become a permanent fixture plus regular newsletters 'Life Without Limits' and 'INFocus' keeping everyone in the Bioceutica family informed and involved have been most welcome.
The 'Good Life' is the company's first incentive reward program. Upon reaching their target, the successful independent consultants will join their fellow achievers on the Mexican Riviera for what promises to be an unforgettable experience.
2013 has begun with Candace Keefe announcing the launch of ETHOS, Bioceutica's Carbon Offsetting program. "It is my aim that Bioceutica will ultimately become a carbon neutral company," said the CEO. "We have already moved our packaging production to use, where possible, 100% recycled material."
She went on to outline the enhanced carbon neutral Car Program where successful achieving consultants can earn a Lexus Hybrid car bonus, further underpinning the company's commitment to protecting the environment.
Soon to follow is the redesign and packaging of the highly successful Priva Test, Custom Essentials and Prime Essentials products that have been the bedrock of Bioceutica since its inception.
But it wont end there, as there are many, many more announcements to come this year.
Now that the foundations have been built the future is bright for Bioceutica.
Antoine Nohra can be justifiably proud of his decision to buy the company and revive its fortunes. Jesse Young can be proud of his endeavor and diligence in steering the company out of its troubled waters. However Candace Keefe must take the plaudits for her leadership in driving through so many initiatives and inspiring her talented team to achieving such great things.
As Candace said: "Paraphrasing Winston Churchill's speech. Never has so much been achieved by so few in so short a time."
