RENTON, WA, January 11, 2013 (Press-News.org) Local fitness and performance center Vigor Ground will be hosting an 8-week transformation contest to kick-off the new year.
The transformation contest begins on Tuesday, January 22nd at 7pm with the kick-off party. The top prize for the contest is valued at over $1,500.
Owner and personal trainer Luka Hocevar said, "It can sometimes be difficult to find the motivation to both get into shape and to stay in shape. So, it's great to get a group of highly motivated people together to work diligently to achieve something extraordinary. Entering a fitness transformation contest essentially puts you in a position where you cannot fail. The built-in social support and accountability really keeps you focused on the task at hand. Plus, people love to win stuff! Nothing beats a little extra incentive to keep your eyes on the prize."
For the last few years, Vigor Ground has helped 100's of other people achieve their goals and have amazing transformations with boot camps that deliver personal attention, nutritional guidance, lifestyle coaching plus bonus training sessions.
The transformation contest will be held at 1222 Bronson Way North, Suite 250, in Renton. Registration is open to everyone in the community and is suitable for all fitness levels.
