Human Capital Management and Technology Expert, Stephan Millard, Joins Ventana Research

New research director and industry analyst to provide fresh perspective on technology for business

SAN RAMON, CA, January 14, 2013 (Press-News.org) Ventana Research announces its latest addition to the research team with Stephan Millard joining as VP & Research Director for the Human Capital Management Research Practice. Prior to joining Ventana Research, Stephan spent over 15 years in the technology industry for companies such as SumTotal, Saba and Kronos. His expertise has spans workforce management, payroll, talent management, recruiting and human resources.

At Ventana Research, Stephan will direct research and education practice for Human Capital Management, providing a keen focus on how technology can improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of organizations including: use of mobile and social platforms, cloud computing in human capital management, analytics and big data in human capital management and integrating human capital management technologies.

Millard will be responsible for servicing Ventana Research clients across technology buyers across business and IT, ensuring they benefit from the company's world-class education and research through workshops, assessments and the new fact- and education-based advisory service called Ventana On-Demand. He will also be responsible for leading benchmark research, as well as vendor and product analysis and comparison called Ventana Research Value Index along with servicing technology suppliers to help them improve their products to meet buyer's needs.
