VERONA, ITALY, October 20, 2010 (Press-News.org) Bestweddingaway launches new destination Mood to provide clients the opportunity to get married in Tuscany.
Tuscany has been a popular tourist spot for centuries with the aristocracy using it as their playground and writers and artists taking inspiration for their next work of art. In fact the beautiful countryside and historic architecture is still popular with modern-day celebrities, with many famous people like musician Sting, best-selling writer Frances Mayes and 'Goodfellas' star Debi Mazar making Tuscany their home.
With an undeniable attraction to both Italians and non-Italians alike it was only a matter of time before Bestweddingaway created a new Mood for those looking to get married in Tuscany.
Roberto Benetello, director of Bestweddingaway said, "Setting up this Mood has required a thorough process of search and qualify. The high standard that we already offer our clients with the other moods is maintained in our wedding Tuscany Mood."
As part of Bestweddingaway's team, there is a wedding planner in Tuscany who lives there and knows the region well. Benetello continued, "Whenever we launch a new mood it is essential that we have a member of our team who knows the area well, from a local perspective and also a tourist perspective. This ensures that our clients have unique wedding venues in Tuscany and their requirements and expectations are met."
Among the new possibilities is a wedding in Siena, famous for the Palio, a horse race that takes place twice a year. The city and the Palio were included in the 2006 Bond film, Casino Royale. The piazza del Campo during the Palio becomes a race track and for the rest of the year is a perfect backdrop to a romantic wedding location.
"The choices for wedding venues in Tuscany are immense, from 'agriturismo' which look out onto the landscape, Renaissance villas and even the possibility to hire a 'borgo' (hamlet) for the weekend", commented Bestweddingaway's Roberto Benetello.
As well as the amazing landscape and architecture, the famous Chianti and Montepulciano wines originate from this region. This land also produces delicious meats, strong and rich in flavour and complemented by the local saltless breads. White truffle, an expensive and very much sought after delicacy of the region, adds an earthy and pungent flavour to pasta.
Tuscany is expected to be a popular all year round location for Bestweddingaway, with spring seeing splashes of bright colours on the trees and flowers blossom, summer provides the greenery of the vines and olive trees, autumn has hues of browns and yellows from the trees which scatter their leaves on the blonde earth, winter is especially beautiful with snow on the hills and burning log fires to keep guests warm. As a romantic wedding location Bestweddingaway feels that the new Mood has everything to offer.
