Barbara then began working on her second book, "How to Escape the No-Win Trap," and noticed while working with women and men, they seemed to have a connection between their feelings about life and relationships and where they wore their rings. One day, while being interviewed Barbara volunteered information on "Hand Shui," and what followed was a whole system that she later titled: "Ring Shui."

Thereafter Barbara created the powerful "The Ring Shui Approach," which is a system of moving and removing rings from various fingers to help amplify or lessen various energies of the fingers depending on what you want to accomplish.
