Gym Del Monte Opens For Select Clients
2013-01-18
HAMILTON, ON, January 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) Gym Del Monte features 650 square feet of dedicated workout space complete with the latest training and exercise equipment. A short list of the equipment at Gym Del Monte includes a Poliquin Rack, Atlantis exercise machines including a pec deck/rear delt machine, seated row / pulldown machine, glute / hamstring machine, preacher curl machine, and seated calf machine. In addition to the many exercise machines there is a complete Watson dumbbell set (stainless steel dumbbells from 2.5 lbs to 102.5 lbs in 2.5 lb increments), an Octane trainer and assorted accessories for functional training.

Gym Del Monte, along with being a world class muscle building training center, is also designed to be a world class video studio. Recording training and instructional videos has always been a challenge when using pubic gyms. Gym Del Monte features professional lighting, sound and video equipment. Improper lighting, background noise, not to mention unknown extras wandering around in the background, all lead to a less than ideal recording studio.

"Our new gym will make recording our Hypertrophy MAX Muscle Camps far easier than in the past. Hypertrophy MAX Muscle Camps will be anything from 1-day to 5-days long and will be intimate and info-jammed to build your body to the max." - Vince Del Monte

"I'm excited to shoot more regular workout videos and exercises for women for my Flavilicious females and share the latest fat-loss, muscle-sculpting and nutritional methods for a toned and sexy body." - Flavia Del Monte
