SAN ANTONIO, TX, January 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) A local cooling and heating business, TEX-PERTS, was recently awarded the 'Super Service' by award by Angie's List for the fourth year in a row. This prestigious award is often only granted to a mere 5% of businesses within a city. To earn this award four years straight has been an incredible achievement.

Angie's List is a website that was founded in 1995, in order to capture reliable, "word of mouth" reviews of local service companies. In order to receive quality reviews, Angie's List requires users to pay a monthly fee for the service. This prevents paid or anonymous reviews. The service asks users to grade companies they've used in a "report card" fashion. Each business is rated an A-F on their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Angie's List employees are trained to spot biased or staged reviews so that reviews are credible and reflect the true quality of the business being graded.

Craig Tuffelmire, the owner of TEX-PERTS, is excited about the achievement. "Being given this incredible award for the fourth year in a row is amazing. I work hard to ensure that customers get a fair price and feel like we truly appreciate their business. It always feels great to win an award like this, especially one that's so hard to get. I'm really grateful for all of our customers who were willing to review their experience with TEX-PERTS and everyone on our team who has been committed to providing an unforgettable customer experience."

In addition, TEX-PERTS has also been recognized for Contractor of the Year award in San Antonio.

TEX-PERTS owner Craig Tuffelmire has been hard at work in the air conditioning service for well over two decades now. He originally started working for an air conditioning service in college. He quickly learned the value of customer service and the importance it played in customer retention. Craig eventually went on to open the doors of TEX-PERTS Cooling and Heating. He put customers first, and kept his team small and lean. "We didn't hire people we didn't need, so we could keep our overhead low. This way, we can afford to give a competitive price." With excellent customer service and a great bargain, TEX-PERTS quickly built their reputation.

"Taking care of our customers and giving a fair price for our work has always kept our doors open. I see word of mouth marketing, like the reviews on Angie's List, as a great way for businesses to generate leads. Angie's List has been a great tool for potential customers to find us."

Tex-perts is a air conditioning and heating company serving the greater San Antonio area.
