San Antonio Radiant Barrier Dealer Wins Award For Outstanding Performance

Green Energy of San Antonio was recently recognized for the prestigious "President's Award" from the Green Energy Barrier manufacturers. This award is highly coveted, and is only given to the top 5 performers nationwide.

2013-01-20
SAN ANTONIO, TX, January 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Green Energy of San Antonio was recently recognized for the prestigious "President's Award" from the Green Energy Barrier manufacturers. This award is highly coveted, and is only given to the top 5 performers nationwide. Green Energy of San Antonio competed against 444 other dealers and hit #3 across the United States.

"The beautiful thing about this award is that it doesn't just focus on sales or growth, it's a circle of excellence achievement. It measures our marketing, sales and customer service experience as a whole. It's recognition that our whole team performs on a very high level," says Richard Ramos, owner.

Green Energy Radiant Barrier provides innovative home improvement products such as radiant barriers and Gutter Pro Snap Lock systems the San Antonio and Austin area. Although the company is young, in three years they've seen explosive growth.

Ramos attributes their success to the company philosophy and standards. "Most companies have huge manuals and extensive training programs for new hires. Here at Green Energy, we keep it simple. Our customers are the number one resource of our business. We treat every customer, as if they were our only customer. If they aren't happy, our sales process isn't complete plain and simple. We'll do everything we can to meet and exceed their expectations."

Customer service is proving to be a home run for the business, as each year has cumulatively seen higher ratings from the manufacturers. "In our first year, we hit #16 out of the 444 dealers, which was incredible. Our second year, we hit 7th. And our third year, we hit #3. It's just proof that taking care of your customers is not over rated. We couldn't get the sales numbers without the customers, and the marketing team wouldn't have a budget without the sales. It's just always made sense to focus on the most important resource first, our customers, and everything else falls into place."

Ramos was the first dealer to bring Green Energy Radiant Barriers to the San Antonio market. Using the same technology that NASA utilizes to protect astronauts from extreme heat and cold, Green Energy Radiant Barriers can save home owners up to 35% in utility bills. Green Energy also specializes in Gutter Pro Snap Lock systems, a product that prevents rot and water damage that traditional gutters cause.

"I've always found myself in the home improvement business, and I know how people feel about businesses who provide home improvement services," says Richard. "I make it my mission to show them their experience can be different, and I feel the way our team operates, we're doing that. One customer at a time."
